At Black Velvet, we want to know how to do things right, so we are eager to go to any top level training session out there to gather the new technologies and techniques. We are Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) certified, and this certification is recognized as the top in the business.
We have also received official certification credentials from the National Chimney Sweep Guild (NCSG). We are members of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). We are happy to send our staff to frequent training regarding masonry construction, training for how to use the HeatShield products, and training on gas hearth appliances.
